Founder & CEO
Ed Lallier is Founder and CEO of Business Launch Group and a Senior Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Executive with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations grow.
He has founded multiple organizations, helped launch more than 20 companies, closed multi-million-dollar enterprise agreements, contributed to raising more than $8.5 million in venture capital, and helped scale businesses to multi-million-dollar annual recurring revenue (ARR).
His expertise includes business development, strategic partnerships, entrepreneurship, founder development, enterprise sales, customer acquisition, venture growth, and go-to-market strategy.
Anna Kelly
Operating Partner
Anna Kelly is Co-Founder and CEO of AE Consulting and serves as BLG's Operating Partner.
Through AE Consulting, she provides operational and strategic infrastructure support that helps power BLG's founder development programs.
Her expertise includes workforce development, research and evaluation, program operations, strategic consulting, government collaboration, and community impact initiatives.
John MacDonald
Program Advisor
John MacDonald is a strategic growth advisor, entrepreneur, educator, and business development executive with extensive experience spanning healthcare, technology commercialization, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, corporate development, and strategic planning.
As Principal of MacDonald Group and adjunct faculty member at Boston College Carroll School of Management, he helps organizations create sustainable competitive advantage through innovation and growth strategies.
