What is the time commitment?
Mentors minimum commit of approximately 1.5 hours per week for 16 weeks, or 24 hours total.
Is mentoring virtual?
Yes. Mentor participation is designed to be virtual.
Do mentors receive compensation?
Yes. BLG provides a $1,000 stipend per mentor per cohort.
Do I need to have had an exit?
No. An exit is preferred but not required. Mentors should have meaningful founder experience launching, operating, or growing one or more organizations.
How are mentors matched with founders?
BLG matches mentors based on founder needs, mentor experience, industry background, and availability.
